Pin Configuration and Functionality
1. Pin 1 - NTC: 0-3.3V Output. Analog signal output representing the temperature measured by the NTC sensor. The NTC resistance is calculated using the formula:
R = (23.146k / (V_ntc + 1.4245)) - 3.77k where R is the resistance in kΩ and V_ntc is the voltage output from the NTC pin in volts.
2. Pin 2 - GND: Power ground (0 V).
3. Pin 3 - FAULT: Digital signal output indicating fault conditions. The pin is pulled low when a fault is detected.
4. Pin 4 - EN: Digital signal input for enabling or disabling the power module.
5. Pin 5 - DIM: Digital signal input for PWM dimming control, driving frequencies 20 kHz. Maximum duty cycle is dependent on the laser diode specifications (max. forward current).
6. Pin 6 - VIN: 12V-24V. Power input for the module, accepting voltages within the specified input range.
